Services · Oakland & Bergen County

Wallpaper services, shaped around the wall.

Different materials ask different things of a room. We install wallpaper and wallcoverings, remove existing paper, prepare surfaces and take on commercial and specialty installation projects.

Not sure what your wall needs? Call and describe what you have in mind. You don’t need a product name or a complete project brief to begin.

01 / INSTALL

Wallpaper installation

Patterned paper, murals and textured wallcoverings each bring their own character—and their own handling instructions. Installation planning considers where the pattern begins, how repeats align, and what happens at corners, windows and trim.

The wall matters just as much as the roll. A clean, dry, sound surface gives an adhesive a better foundation. If the wall needs repairs or primer, that should be understood before hanging begins.

02 / REMOVE

Wallpaper removal

Removing an existing covering can reveal what is underneath: adhesive residue, old repairs or a surface that needs further attention. The wall should be assessed as the layers come away; removing the paper is only part of preparing for the next finish.

Share what you know about the current covering and what you hope to do next. The next step can depend on the paper, adhesive and condition of the underlying wall.

03 / PEEL & STICK

Peel-and-stick wallpaper installation

Self-adhesive wallpaper can be sensitive to surface texture, dust, paint condition and moisture. Product instructions matter: some manufacturers specify a waiting period after painting, while others give different requirements. Follow the instructions for the exact material rather than relying on a one-rule-fits-all timeline.

A call can help clarify what the wall is like and whether the selected product is suited to that surface.

04 / COMMERCIAL

Commercial wallpaper installation

In offices and customer-facing spaces, wallcovering contributes to the atmosphere people meet when they walk in. Planning starts with the material, wall condition and the area involved, then considers how to approach the installation around the needs of the space.

Tell us what kind of room or business area you’re working with and what you want the wall to do. Project details and availability can be discussed directly.

05 / PREPARE

Wall preparation

Loose paint, uneven patches, surface residue and the wrong primer can complicate adhesion. Preparation may include correcting irregularities, removing old adhesive and choosing a suitable wallcovering primer. The appropriate work depends on the existing finish and the new product.

Manufacturer instructions and the condition of the wall guide the preparation plan; a photo or description can be helpful, but calling is enough to start.

06 / SPECIALTY

Specialty wallcovering installation

Large-scale murals and textured or distinctive wallcoverings reward careful planning. Panel sequence, pattern scale, surface suitability and the material’s handling requirements all contribute to the finished look.

If you already have a material selected, its product details can help frame the conversation. If not, call with the idea and we can discuss what information may be useful.
